General Contractor

Penny Chin, CID, ASID, is a licensed general contractor and principal of Elements In Design. As both a designer and contractor, Penny facilitates and manages all of her projects. 

Elements In Design offers project leadership with architects, structural engineers, and additional industry professionals. Penny’s first love is spatial planning which inspired her to become one of the few female General Contractor's in the state of California.

 

Penny is the whole package. She combines her masterful skills as a licensed General Contractor with her creative problem-solving talents as a Certified Interior Designer and member of the American Society of Interior Designers, Penny offers the winning ability to bridge the gap between design, building, and furnishing.
